BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS
All bookings made with SFX Limos are subject to the below terms & conditions:
SFX Limos of 22 Berens Road, Shrivenham, Swindon, Wiltshire SN6 8EG, is referred to throughout this website as SFX Limos and Stretched4u.com.
1) Additional drop offs / pick ups must be pre booked in advance. Any additional drop offs / pick ups that are not booked will be charged at £30 extra per drop off / pickup (subject to drivers approval).
2) Customers are booked for the agreed timings (start collection and finish time), as per the booking confirmation. Any additional hours, or part hours, are chargeable at £180. For example, if a vehicle is booked for 9pm collection and 2am return, and the customer wishes to extend the return time by 10 minutes - 1 hour, a further £180 is due. Please note: an earlier start time may also incur an extra charge, if different from original booking confirmation. Please call us with any queries.
3) Extra time MUST be pre-approved with the driver. In some instances time extensions will not be possible. Should you exceed your RETURN collection time by more than 25 minutes, SFX Limos reserve the right to cancel the booking. Should this occur, the customer accepts that it is their responsibility to find alternative transport. Please be advised that SFX Limos operate a no refunds policy.
4) We want our customers to have a worry free and enjoyable experience, should extra time be required, please contact your driver.
5) Un-adopted, unmade, one-way, single track, country, and width restriction roads can be a hazard for limousines. SFX Limos retain the right for the driver to refuse entry into any terrain that he/she deems unsuitable. Our customers accept that it is their responsibility to make alternative transport arrangements should road difficulties be present.
6) SFX Limos cannot guarantee entry into any particular nightclub/venue. The management of the club/venue booked will usually reserve the right to refuse entry and/or implement an entry charge. It is the customer’s responsibility to adhere to the venue’s dress code and entry rules. It is advisable for customers to obtain the venue’s Terms & Conditions of entry prior to arrival.
7) Customers are liable for all interior damage incurred throughout the hire period. Interior items damaged will be replaced at full NEW cost. Any sickness/vomit damage will be charged at £100 for a valet.
8) If any individual displays aggressive behaviour including verbal abuse, SFX Limos retain the right to cancel the hire period with immediate effect. Customers will have to find alternate transport at their own expense.
9) SFX Limos are a non-smoking organisation; regular 'stops' will be made for smokers if required.
10) SFX Limos cannot be held responsible for unforeseen delays. We make every effort to get customers to their venue on time.
11) In the unlikely event of mechanical failure, we will provide replacement transport, subject to location and time restrictions. In an emergency, it may not always be possible to provide a replacement limousine.
12) We want you to enjoy your experience with us, these terms and conditions have been drawn up to outline our policy. We are a professional and friendly company, and we will try our hardest to ensure your booking is an enjoyable one.
13) A Booking Deposit of 25% will be required. In the event of cancellation SFX Limos have a no refunds policy for deposits. 7 days notice is required for cancellation. Bookings cancelled with less than 7 days notice will be charged at 100% of the total booking fee.
14) Bookings are only confirmed on receipt of deposit.
15) A small security fee may be levied for stag/hen parties, or large groups. Please call us for details.
